楊瀚森今日繼續(xù)準備下一站的試訓(xùn)，在上午短暫的休息調(diào)整后，下午在健身房進行了兩個多小時的個人力量訓(xùn)練，對了，今天練完力量后瀚森自己又加了個環(huán)節(jié)，他在游泳池里直線往返走了20個來回。
